From September 1, 2026, the law "On Federal State Supervision over Certain Types of Industrial Products" enters into force, which introduces a new mechanism for state control of industrial products in the Russian Federation. The adopted initiative is aimed at improving the safety and quality of goods on the market. The law applies to all participants in the circulation of products supervised by Rosstandart. These include manufacturers (including foreign ones), sellers, importers, as well as any other entities involved in the supply chain. The subject of inspections is compliance with:
