The Tax Authority has clarified the procedure for generating and placing open data on its website. The changes come into force from October 10.
Information on debts for taxes, contributions and levies will now be published once a quarter: on the 25th day of the third month of each quarter. Such information was placed on the website every month under the previous rules. The data will be presented for the first time on December 25, 2023 under the new rules. There will be no publications in October and November.
Information on the sum of debt will be indicated as of the 10th day of the second month of each quarter. Repayments as of the date of placing will not be taken into account in this case.
The Federal Tax Service has also clarified that open data sets for organizations whose accounting statements are located on an information resource with limited access will begin to be published from 2030.
